Very easy to use. Large buttons require very little pressure., March 11, 2012 By Lake Waters "L. The large rocker type Vol and Ch buttons can't be beat. It also has an auto search feature that automatically shoots codes at the TV...all you have to do is click a button within 4 seconds after it eventually finds the right code.
It also allows you to 'lock out' the TV functions which allows you to use the cab sat or hdbox without accidentally changing the TV channel.
It even works with the oddball TCL tv's (40") which are difficult to find cheap universal remotes for. It doesn't operate higher functions though..just mute, go back, closed caption, sleep (maybe). It will get you into the Menu systems, although it's akward to move around using the 2 large vol and ch buttons.
The only drawback is it's cover for the battery. It has a ridiculously small phillips screw you have to undo to open it. I mean eyeglass kit small. Make sure you have one on hand or you won't be able to use it. It will probably... Read more
